Communiqué - arrestation de militant·e·s antifascistes
Il y a quelques semaines, une confrontation a opposé des militant·e·s antifascistes aux fascistes de Génération Identitaire, des Zouaves Paris et de la Milice Paris. Expulsés de la rue, les fascistes ont porté plainte, ce qui a conduit à l'arrestation, la mise en examen et l'incarcération des antifascistes. Aucun militant fasciste n'a été inquiété.
Les antifascistes sont une fois de plus la cible d'un acharnement judiciaire qui s'inscrit dans une criminalisation croissante des mouvements sociaux. Depuis quelques années, la figure de l'antifa est au cœur de la répression étatique et des récits médiatiques les plus délirants. Il n'est pas anodin que les antifascistes, très présent·e·s au sein du mouvement des Gilets jaunes, qui fait face à une répression policière de masse, soient à nouveau ciblé·e·s.
Alors que les derniers mois ont rappelé l'importance de l'antiracisme au sein de nos combats, mobilisons-nous tous dans la rue, les ronds-points, et tous les espaces de lutte pour renforcer nos solidarités et nos alliances face à la répression !
Kommunikee - VERHAFTUNG VON ANTIFASCHISTISCHEN AKTIVIST*INNEN
Anfang letzter Woche kam es zu einer Konfrontation zwischen antifaschistische Aktivist*innen und den Faschist*innen von Génération Identitaire, die Zouaves Paris und die Milice Paris. Die von der Straße vertriebenen Faschisten reichten eine Beschwerde ein, die zur Verhaftung, Anklage und Inhaftierung der Antifaschist*innen führte. Es wurden keine Faschist*innen gestört.
Antifaschist*innen sind wieder einmal das Ziel gerichtlicher Strafverfolgung als Teil einer zunehmenden Kriminalisierung sozialer Bewegungen. In den letzten Jahren stand die Figur des Antifa im Mittelpunkt der staatlichen Repression und der wahnhaftesten Medienberichte. Es ist nicht unbedeutsam, dass Antifaschist*innen, die innerhalb der Gelbwestenbewegung, die widerum mit massiver polizeilicher Repression konfrontiert ist, sehr präsent sind und wieder ins Visier genommen werden.
Während die letzten Monate uns an die Bedeutung des Antirassismus in unseren Kämpfen erinnert haben, sollten wir uns alle auf der Straße, in Kreisverkehren und in allen Bereichen des Kampfes mobilisieren, um unsere Solidarität und Bündnisse angesichts der Unterdrückung zu stärken!
COMUNICADO - DETENCIÓN DE MILITANTES ANTIFASCISTAS (FRANCIA)
A principios de la semana pasada, se produjo un enfrentamiento entre militantes antifascistas y neonazis pertenecientes al Movimiento Identitario, a los Zouaves Paris y a la Milice Paris. Expulsados de la calle, los fascistas pusieron una denuncia, dando lugar a la detención, inculpación y encarcelamiento de los militantes antifascistas. Ningún militante fascista ha sido investigado.
Los antifascistas son una vez más víctimas del ensañamiento judicial que se inscribe dentro de una campaña de criminalización creciente de los movimientos sociales. Desde hace unos años, la figura del antifascista está en el centro de la represión estatal y de los relatos mediáticos más disparatados. No es casualidad que los antifascistas, muy presentes en el movimiento de los Chalecos Amarillos, que planta cara a una represión policial masiva, vuelvan a ser objeto de ataques.
Puesto que los últimos meses han puesto de manifiesto la importancia del antirracismo en nuestras luchas, ¡movilicémonos todos en las calles, las rotondas y todos los espacios de lucha para fortalecer nuestra solidaridad y alianzas frente a la represión!
COMUNICATO - DETENZIONE DEI MILITANTI ANTIFASCISTI (FRANCIA)
All'inizio della settimana scorsa, alcun* militant* si sono scontrati con dei fascisti appartenenti ai gruppi Génération identitaire, le Zouaves di Parigi e la Milizia Parigi. Scacciati dalla strada, i fascisti hanno sporto denuncia! Questo ha portato all'arresto, la messa in stato d'accusa e l'incarcerazione dei militant* antifascist*. Senza sorpresa, nessuno tra i fascisti è invece indagato.
Gli antifascisti sono ancora una volta presi di mira da un'accanimento giudiziario che s'iscrive nel contesto della crescente criminalizzazione dei movimenti sociali. Da qualche anno, la figura del "antifa" è d'altronde al cuore non solo della repressione statale, ma anche di una narrazione mediatica sempre più delirante. Non è un caso che siano proprio gli antifascisti, numeros* a prendere parte al movimento dei Gilets Gialli - che oggi subisce una repressione poliziesca massiccia - a essere ancora una volta nel mirino della repressione.
Gli ultimi mesi di mobilitazione ci hanno ricordato l'importanza di riaffermare con forza l'antirazzismo nelle nostre lotte. Mobilitiamoci tutti e tutte nelle piazze, nelle rotonde e in tutti gli spazi del movimento per rinforzare la solidarietà e le nostre alleanze a fronte della repressione!
ARREST OF ANTIFASCIST ACTIVISTS (FRANCE)
Some weeks ago, a confrontation happened between antifascist activists and some fascist groups such as Generation Identitaire, Zouaves Paris and Hooligan Paris SG. After being forced out of streets, they all complained and any of them had judiciary problems. However this complaint led the arrest, the indictment and the incarceration of antifascists.
Once again antifascists are targeted by a judicial harassment which reflects an increasing criminalisation of social movement. Since a few years, the antifascist figure is one of the state's repression main concern and delusional media stories. Indeed, it is not insignificant that the antifascists groups, which are really implicated in the movement of Gillet Jaunes, have judicial harassment because it only reflects the common police crackdown.
While the past months of the year remind the importance of antifascism within our fights, we have to take back the streets, roundabouts and all the spaces of struggle to strengthen solidarity and our alliances against repression.
